Am Pfingstwochenende haben sich in der N\u00e4he von Essen rund 140 Jugendliche zu einem selbstorganisierten Camp getroffen \u2013 organisiert von linksjugend[\u2018solid] Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland Pfalz und dem Bundesarbeitskreis Revolution\u00e4re Linke.<\/p>\n

Das Camp war damit noch gr\u00f6\u00dfer als im letzten Jahr und wird zu einer festen Institution im Verbandsleben. Es waren sowohl langj\u00e4hrige Mitglieder des Jugendverbandes dabei als auch ganz neue Leute, die zum ersten Mal bei einer Veranstaltung waren und sich gleich Kontakte der n\u00e4chsten Ortsgruppe holten.<\/p>\n

In \u00fcber zwanzig Workshops und einem Lesekreis wurden historische und aktuelle Themen besprochen, wie Pflegenotstand, Kampf um Wohnraum und Enteignungskampagnen oder Workshops zu Klimapolitik. Neben Diskussionen warum der Kapitalismus abgeschafft h\u00f6rt wurde beispielsweise auch diskutiert wie eine R\u00e4tedemokratie aussehen k\u00f6nnte, welche Position Linke zum Brexit und zur EU einnehmen sollten oder ein Erfahrungsbericht von der Intervention bei den Gelbwesten-Protesten in Paris. Erg\u00e4nzend gab es praktische Workshops zu Themen wie Layouten und Sport.<\/p>\n

Das Wochenende hat neben politisch weiterbildenden Workshops auch viel Raum f\u00fcr bundesweiten Austausch geboten. In fast jeder Stadt sind Aktivist*innen der Linksjugend in der Fridays 4 Future-Bewegung aktiv und machen wichtige Erfahrungen aus denen wir gemeinsam lernen k\u00f6nnen. Vorbereitet wurde sich auf Ende-Gel\u00e4nde Proteste und gemeinsam diskutiert, wie man im Falle von Neuwahlen auftreten m\u00fcsse und welche Politik DIE LINKE braucht.<\/p>\n

Eingeladen wurde auch Theo Sharieff Winston, Mitglied der Socialist Party und Organisator von Socialist Students, einer sozialistischen Studierendenorganisation, die in ganz England an den Universit\u00e4ten aktiv ist und in Proteste gegen die Tories oder Klimazerst\u00f6rung eingreift.<\/p>\n

Weitere Fragen konnten am Lagerfeuer oder in der H\u00e4ngematte diskutiert werden. Abgerundet wurde das Programm durch ein buntes Konzert mit linken K\u00fcnstler*innen. Dieses Camp ist nur m\u00f6glich gewesen, weil sich alle Teilnehmenden eingebracht haben, sei es beim Sp\u00fclen, Kochen, Aufr\u00e4umen oder Auf- und Abbau.
