Zusammenschl\u00fcsse, die ihre wirtschaftliche Macht missbrauchen, sind zu verbieten.\u201c (Paragraf 1 und 2, Artikel 27, Landesverfassung NRW). \u201eEigentum verpflichtet. Sein Gebrauch soll zugleich dem Wohle der Allgemeinheit dienen. Zweifelt jemand daran, dass RWE eine monopolartige Stellung hat und seine Macht missbraucht? W\u00e4re es nicht im Wohle der Allgemeinheit, wenn der Braunkohleabbau gestoppt w\u00fcrde? W\u00e4re es nicht zum Wohle der Allgemeinheit, wenn die Besch\u00e4ftigten stattdessen sinnvolle und gleichwertig bezahlte Arbeitspl\u00e4tze etwa im Bereich Renaturierung und erneuerbare Energien erhalten w\u00fcrden?<\/p>\n

Wie man sieht, ist es geradezu \u201eungesetzlich\u201c, dass RWE immer noch nicht enteignet und in Gemeineigentum \u00fcberf\u00fchrt ist. Was die Entsch\u00e4digung betrifft, ist laut Gesetz eine gerechte Abw\u00e4gung zu treffen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt ja wohl die Aufrechnung aller direkten und indirekten Subventionen an RWE, sowie der Sch\u00e4den, die Braunkohleabbau und -verbrennung f\u00fcr Natur und Klima angerichtet haben und der Folgesch\u00e4den. Dann wird sich herausstellen, wie hoch die Entsch\u00e4digung ist, die die Gro\u00dfaktion\u00e4re aus ihren Milliardenprofiten an die Allgemeinheit zahlen m\u00fcssen.
