\"IMG_2278\"<\/a>Zeitgleich zum zweiten Verhandlungstag in M\u00fcnster waren am 23. M\u00e4rz bundesweit \u00fcber 42.000 KollegInnen aus dem Sozial- und Erziehungsdienst auf der Stra\u00dfe. Allein in Dortmund wurden \u00fcber 100 st\u00e4dtische Kitas dichtgemacht. In der Ruhrgebietsstadt folgten 1.200 Besch\u00e4ftigte aus Dortmund, L\u00fcnen, Schwerte, Castrop-Rauxel dem Aufruf von ver.di zu einer Demonstration, 200 TeilnehmerInnen mehr als erwartet. Lautstark zogen die KollegInnen durch die Innenstadt um ihrer Forderung f\u00fcr eine Aufwertung der Sozialberufe und eine deutlich h\u00f6here Eingruppierung zu protestieren.<\/p>\n

Bei einer abschlie\u00dfenden Kundgebung an den Katharinentreppen gab es viel Applaus f\u00fcr die Ank\u00fcndigung, dass ein Erzwingungsstreik vorbereitet wird, wenn Arbeitgeber nicht reagieren. Bezug genommen wurde auch auf den Equal Pay Day am vorhergehenden Freitag und auf die Frage der Ungleichbehandlung von M\u00e4nner- und Frauenberufen.
\nIn einem Redebeitrag einer FABIDO-Besch\u00e4ftigten wurde skandalisiert, dass die Etablierten st\u00e4ndig \u00fcber Quoten in Aufsichtsr\u00e4ten palavern, w\u00e4hrend die \u00f6ffentliche Kinderbetreuung nicht ausreichend finanziert wird und es seit Jahren eine durchschnittliche Entgeltl\u00fccke von 22% zwischen M\u00e4nnern und Frauen gibt.<\/p>\n

Letztlich h\u00e4tten im Kampf um Gleichberechtigung Frauen nie etwas nichts geschenkt bekommen, sondern nur dann wenn sie sich gewehrt h\u00e4tten. Dies gelte auch vor allem f\u00fcr die aktuelle Tarifrunde, wo vor allem f\u00fcr weibliche Besch\u00e4ftigte verhandelt wird, die systematisch unterbezahlt sind.<\/p>\n

DIE LINKE. und Linksjugend [\u2019solid] Dortmund waren mit sechs GenossInnen und einem eigenen Banner vertreten.
