Der Verkehr liegt lahm, Ortschaften werden \u00fcberflutet, Menschen verlieren ihre H\u00e4user, Autos, manche sogar das Leben. PolitikerInnen eilen Medienwirksam mit Gummistiefeln an den Ort der Katastrophe und fischen nach Stimmen. \u00dcber die Ursachen und wirkliche Hilfe wird kaum gesprochen.
