Nun \u2013 fast zwei Jahre nach den Blockaden im Jahr 2011 \u2013 wurde Tim, ein langj\u00e4hriger Aktivist, unter fadenscheinigen Begr\u00fcndungen zu 22 Monaten Knast \u2013 ohne Bew\u00e4hrung! \u2013 verurteilt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>von Krischan Friesecke, Berlin<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ein kurzer R\u00fcckblick: Im Februar 2010 gelang es dem B\u00fcndnis \u201eDresden Nazifrei\u201c zum ersten Mal, den gr\u00f6\u00dften Nazi-Aufmarsch in Europa zu verhindern. Trotz Polizeirepression und Durchsuchungen stellten beziehungsweise setzten sich Tausende den Nazis in den Weg. Angespornt von diesem Erfolg mobilisierte \u201eDresden Nazifrei\u201c 2011 erneut in die s\u00e4chsische Landeshauptstadt. Und wieder konnten die Faschisten von engagierten GegendemonstrantInnen aufgehalten werden. Auch 2011 setzte die Staatsmacht auf massive Repression, ein Rekord d\u00fcrfte die Speicherung von 1,4 Millionen Handydaten an diesem Tag gewesen sein.<\/p>\n<p>Jetzt soll ein Exempel statuiert werden. Tim, Familienvater, Mitarbeiter der LINKEN und langj\u00e4hriger antifaschistischer Aktivist, schien der s\u00e4chsischen Justiz da gut zu passen. Obwohl die Vorw\u00fcrfe nicht bewiesen sind, verurteilte der Richter Hans-Joachim Hlavka Tim zu 22 Monaten Haftstrafe.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AVTPxYnsD5A\" height=\"281\" width=\"500\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Pikanterweise gab es am selben Tag ein weiteres Verfahren in Sachsen. Hier sa\u00dfen mehrere Nazis des verbotenen \u201eSturm 34\u201c auf der Anklagebank, unter anderem wegen Bildung einer kriminellen Vereinigung, schwerer K\u00f6rperverletzung und Sachbesch\u00e4digung. Das Strafma\u00df? Geld- und Bew\u00e4hrungsstrafen. Wieder einmal misst der Staat mit zweierlei Ma\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Zu Recht ruft DIE LINKE, wie auch andere antifaschistische Kr\u00e4fte, dieses Jahr erneut zu den Anti-Nazi-Protesten in Dresden auf. Zudem erkl\u00e4rt der Parteivorstand: \u201eAuch in den Auseinandersetzungen mit h\u00f6heren Instanzen werden wir weiterhin an der Seite unserer Genossinnen und Genossen stehen. Statt Haft geb\u00fchrt Tim und vielen anderen der Dank aller Demokratinnen und Demokraten, die Rassismus und Faschismus heute bek\u00e4mpfen.
