Wohlstand durch „Bildung für alle“ verspricht Angela Merkel neuerdings und ruft zum Bildungsgipfel, damit Deutschland „Bildungsrepublik“ werde. Doch mehr als kosmetische Maßnahmen sind nicht zu erwarten.<\/p>\n

Merkel spricht von „frei“ werdenden Geldern durch sinkende Schülerzahlen – dann bräuchte man weniger Lehrer und könne Schulen schließen. Das gesparte Geld soll dann in die Bildung fließen. Ein schlechter Witz.<\/p>\n

Zu große Klassen, zu wenige LehrerInnen, zu hohe Kosten, marode Schulgebäude, stinkende Klos… Dazu ein Schulsystem, das Hauptschüler aufs Abstellgleis befördert, während an Privatschulen eine Elite gezüchtet wird.<\/p>\n

Höchste Zeit, dass wir Bundes- und Länderregierungen einheizen und unsere eigenen Forderungen stellen! Laut Deutschem Gewerkschaftsbund (DGB) braucht es dreißig Milliarden Euro jährlich mehr, nur um die dringendsten Missstände zu beseitigen. Das Geld ist bei Konzernen und Reichen zu holen.<\/p>\n

Für kleinere Klassen<\/h4>\n

Alle SchülerInnen haben ein Recht auf gute Bildung. Auf einen Schulunterricht, der auf Interessen, Fähigkeiten und Schwächen jedes und jeder Einzelnen eingeht. Um die Voraussetzungen für ein entspanntes Lernklima zu schaffen, müssen deutlich mehr LehrerInnen eingestellt werden.<\/p>\n

Laut der Gewerkschaft Erziehung und Wissenschaft (GEW) bräuchte man in Berlin rund ein Viertel mehr VollzeitlehrerInnen (7.000), um eine Klassengröße von etwa 20 SchülerInnen zu erreichen. Als Schritt in die richtige Richtung müssen bundesweit unmittelbar 100.000 neue Lehrerstellen geschaffen werden.<\/p>\n

Bessere Bildung für alle<\/h4>\n

Die Einführung des Turboabiturs in zwölf Jahren muss rückgängig gemacht werden. Durch einen Lehrplan, der von SchülerInnen, Eltern und LehrerInnen erstellt wird, könnten Lerninhalte und -dauer demokratisch ermittelt werden.<\/p>\n

Bereits im Frühjahr haben 40.000 Schüler-Innen in verschiedenen Städten gestreikt. Jetzt kommen SchülerInnen zu einer bundesweiten Schülerkonferenz am 10. bis 12. Oktober in Berlin zusammen, organisiert vom Bündnis „Bildungsblockaden einreißen“. Hier soll diskutiert werden, wie der bundesweite Schulstreik im November zum Erfolg werden kann – als erster Schritt für eine Schülerbewegung, die Merkel und Co. in die Knie zwingt.<\/p>\n
