Einer der ersten Musterprozesse zum Tarifvertrag des Öffentlichen Dienstes (TVÖD) fand im September vor dem Arbeitsgericht Stuttgart statt. Klagegrund war die Eingruppierung aller ab 1. Oktober 2005 neueingestellten Reinigungsfrauen im Klinikum Stuttgart in die Entgeltgruppe 1 (EG 1). Diese sieht einen Stundenlohn von 7,57 Euro vor.<\/b><\/p>\n

Die meisten Reinigungsfrauen werden nur befristet und in Teilzeit eingestellt. Bei einer 30-Stunden-Woche erhält eine alleinstehende Reinigungskraft 767,08 netto. Damit hat sie Anspruch auf Aufstockung nach ALG II oder braucht einen Zweitjob.<\/p>\n

Unterstützt von ver.di Stuttgart haben neun der betroffenen 20 Kolleginnen Klage eingereicht. Der Richter entschied gegen die Klägerinnen.<\/p>\n

Dazu sagte ver.di-Vertrauensleutesprecher Volker Mörbe: „Wenn man bedenkt, dass laut EU europaweit 50.000 Patienten an Infektionen sterben, die sie sich in Krankenhäusern holen, wird deutlich, dass unsere Reinigungskräfte nicht nur einen Knochenjob ausüben, sondern gegenüber Patienten sowie dem gesamten Krankenhauspersonal auch eine hohe Verantwortung haben.“<\/p>\n

In dem Urteil sieht sich die ver.di-Betriebsgruppe am Klinikum Stuttgart darin bestätigt, sich auf eine „knallharte“ Tarifrunde 2008 vorbereiten zu müssen. Parallel dazu soll der juristische Kampf bis zum Bundesarbeitsgericht fortgeführt werden.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
