\nLiebe Kolleginnen und Kollegen,<\/p>\n

wir gratulieren Euch zu Eurem 7-tägigen Streik gegen eine drohende Werksschließung und massiven Stellenabbau und wünschen Euch weiterhin Mut, Ausdauer und Erfolg in Eurem Kampf.
Es vergeht kein Tag mehr ohne neuen Erpressungsversuch von seiten der Unternehmer. Im öffentlichen Dienst haben die Arbeitgeber reihenweise Tarifverträge gekündigt, Urlaubsgeld gestrichen, Weihnachtsgeld gekürzt und die Arbeitszeit unbezahlt auf bis zu 42 Stunden in der Woche erhöht. Die Erfahrung zeigt, dass Zugeständnisse bei Lohn, Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsbedingungen keine Arbeitsplätze retten und Beschäftigungssicherungen von den Unternehmern gebrochen werden, wenn sie ihnen nicht mehr passen. <\/p>\n

Diese Erkenntnis hat zu einer wachsenden Kampfbereitschaft geführt. Euer Kampf hat ein positives Signal gesetzt, Kampfbereitschaft in realen Kampf umzusetzen. Euer Streik hat ansatzweise gezeigt, was möglich wäre, wenn die Gewerkschaften bundesweit einen betriebs- und branchenübergreifenden Streik gegen Lohn- und Sozialraub, gegen Arbeitszeitverlängerung und den gegenwärtigen Generalangriff führen würde. <\/p>\n

Wir stehen weiterhin solidarisch zu Euch. Das gilt insbesondere auch gegen jeden Versuch Einzelne Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu kriminalisieren, mit arbeitsrechtlichen Konsequenzen zu belangen oder sonst zu displinieren
