Die Lage vor Ort<\/p>\n

Wie viele andere Unternehmen ist auch Bombardier seit l\u00e4ngerem in der Krise. So berichteten Kollegen, dass das Unternehmen weiter Stellen abbauen will (ca. 300), nachdem bisher durch Abbau und Ausgliederungen von Teilen des Betriebes nur noch ca. 1000 KollegInnen von ehemals \u00fcber 2500 \u00fcbrig sind.
Bei Bombardier bekamen die Besch\u00e4ftigten bisher Westlohn bezahlt, weil viele KollegInnen aus Berlin stammten und auch hohe L\u00f6hne einforderten. Doch das soll sich jetzt \u00e4ndern. Neben Entlassungen sollen auch noch die L\u00f6hne und Geh\u00e4lter gek\u00fcrzt werden.
Die Organisation des Streikes machte sich hier schwieriger als anderswo, da es sich um ein riesiges Gel\u00e4nde mit mehreren Eing\u00e4ngen handelte. So war es schwierig Streikposten an jedem Tor zu positionieren. Doch die Beteiligung am Streik und die Zustimmung dazu unter den KollegInnen war anscheinend recht gut. Trotzdem war dies nur ein befristeter Streik von Dienstag fr\u00fch bis Freitag Nachmittag. Doch die Besch\u00e4ftigten und auch die IG-Metall schlossen weitere Streiks nicht aus.<\/p>\n

Die Stimmung unter den KollegInnen<\/p>\n

Die Mehrheit der KollegInnen hatte f\u00fcr Streik gestimmt, darunter auch viele Unorganisierte (Nichtgewerkschaftsmitglieder). Die Lage hatte sich innerhalb der 4 Streiktage schon zugespitzt.
Die Medien und die Besch\u00e4ftigten vor Ort berichteten, dass Streikbrecher behindert wurden, in den Betrieb zu gelangen. Es hatte im Vorfeld mit der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung von Bombardier Absprachen \u00fcber einen Notdienst gegeben, der aber von diesen durch das Einschleusen von Streikbrechern gebrochen wurde. Daraufhin kam es auch zu einigen Rangeleien, die dazu f\u00fchrten, dass die Unternehmer eine Auflage durchbringen konnten, die besagte, dass eine Gasse zu bilden sei (mindestens 3m breit und hoch).
KollegInnen lie\u00dfen sich aber dadurch nicht einsch\u00fcchtern. Stattdessen bauten sie \u201eIrrg\u00e4rten\u201c, die alle Streikbrecher nur vorf\u00fchrten. So wurde z.B. am Haupttor ein Eingang eingerichtet, der als Sackgasse endete, w\u00e4hrend ein zweiter Eingang an allen Streikenden (in Kreisform) vorbei ging.
Obwohl dies der erste richtige Streik war, herrschte unter den KollegInnen eine gute und optimistische Stimmung. Auch die gro\u00dfe Beteiligung vor allem denjenigen, die urspr\u00fcnglich gegen Streik waren, trug dazu bei.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
