Offizielle Behauptung: Er habe gegen die Interessen des Unternehmens, Nexans, verstossen. Tatsache ist, dass Rufus Olusesan ein bekannter und k?mpferischer Gewerkschaftsaktivist ist. Er ist Mitglied der ?Campaign for Independent Unionism (CIU)?. Er ist au?erdem Mitglied der NCP, Partei des nationalen Gewissens, die erst vor kurzem bei den nationalen Wahlen zugelassen wurde.
Aktueller Hintergrund der K?ndigung sind die Proteste der Besch?ftigten gegen eine Lohnk?rzung. 128 der 200 KollegInnen unterschrieben am 3. Dezember eine Petition gegen eine Lohnsenkung und forderten eine R?ckerstattung.
